About Johnny’s Diner
Johnny’s Diner on Curry Ford has been family owned & operated since 1995, serving breakfast and lunch the old-school way: hot off the flat-top, with friendly faces and a fresh pot of coffee.

Amazing diner, fair prices, very homy DavideTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My girlfriend and I live a couple of blocks from Daybreak Diner, and we went frequently. When they unexpectedly closed Johnny's Diner took over. They'll be opening this fall so we went to the University location to do some reconnaissance. LOL They were busy, had to wait a beat to get acknowledged and seated but after that the service was solid so, not so much a complaint, more an observation. My girlfriend was disappointed there wasn't a philly cheesesteak omelet on the menu. She got the Greek omelet and was quite pleased. I ordered a half order of biscuits and gravy with two eggs. The gravy felt off and it took me a while to figure out why it felt wrong. It wasnt bad, just bland and I realized most places make theirs with little bits of sausage while Johnny's does not. That would have improved things. I got my eggs scrambled and they were good. Most diners manage to make them rubber. The biscuits were fabulous: soft buttery and fluffy. Looking forward to them coming to the neighborhood and trying more of the menu Eliot LemoncelliTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Food and service are amazing.
